2026 News for Camping Baia Verde on Lake Garda: New Restaurant Management

Hello everyone!
We are Filip and Nicolò, two young friends with a passion for hospitality and food service.
After years of working in restaurants and bars in Manerba del Garda, in the summer of 2023 we decided to create something of our own, carrying forward everything we have learned over the years with the aim of sharing it with dedication and passion with our future guests. Our cuisine is simple, driven by love for quality ingredients, respect for tradition, and an eye toward innovation.
Our journey began at a restaurant inside a campsite and continued over the following two years at another restaurant, also in Manerba del Garda.
At the end of the 2025 summer season, we were given the opportunity to manage the restaurant at Camping Baia Verde, and without a second thought we decided to seize it and embark on this new experience.
Together with our staff, we are ready for this new adventure. We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and we look forward to seeing you energized and ready for the upcoming season!
