In recent years, Camping Baia Verde has embarked on a journey of growth and innovation with a clear vision for the future. Today, we are pleased to share an important milestone: the launch of a project to expand and redevelop the campsite with a focus on environmental and social sustainability, supported by the Lombardy Region and the European Regional Development Fund 2021–2027.
A project for a greener and more welcoming campsite
The project includes the installation of 20 new mobile homes with verandas, fully electric and equipped with A+++ class air conditioning and heating systems, insulated to minimize energy consumption. A new reception area will also be built, divided into two separate zones for check-in and check-out, to improve guest experience.
Sustainability and care for everyone’s well-being
In line with our values of environmental respect and care for people, a new Dog Agility area will be created for our four-legged friends, equipped with dedicated structures for their enjoyment. To enhance worker safety and comfort, electric equipment will be introduced for material handling and battery-powered tools for cleaning and maintenance. These solutions will help reduce noise, cut emissions, and improve working conditions within the campsite.
An investment for the future
Thanks to funding from the Regional Programme PR FESR 2021–2027 of the Lombardy Region, Action 1.3.3 – Support for SME investments, under the call “Support for the competitiveness of hotel and non-hotel accommodation structures”, this project will make Baia Verde even more efficient, sustainable, and welcoming.
