SWIMMING POOLS

3 various swimming pools:

Swimming pool of about 375 m²with lagoon, whirlpools and geysers;

Children swimming pool with entrance stairs and geysers in the centre;

Heated swimming pool on roof-solarium, with eight places whirlpool places, evening lightning.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

The production of hot water is committed to Solar panels (90%) and a boiler using natural gas (10%).
Installed the photovoltaic panels enough to the needs of the structure.
An ANTILEGIONELLA system is automatically activated 3 times a week in the toilets. It works injecting hot water at 70°C through the pipelines without using chemical elements.
Each one of the three swimming pool uses an independent filtering system. The quality of water is monitored by an electronic unit and the hygienic parameters are automatically adjusted.
The Whirlpool on the Roof Solarium can be used in the coldest period too thanks to the hot water.
In the toilets a floor-heating fuelled by solar panels and, in small part helped by a boiler, is employed.
Sewers are provided with an internal pumping station and are connected to the municipal net that conveys everything to the purifiers in Peschiera.
The water supply is granted by the municipal Aqueduct. To ensure the best service a further cistern with a capacity of 80mc is installed.
The water pressure is constantly kept at 3 bar by a multiple pumping system.
Fire safety is guaranteed by many CO2 Fire extinguishers as law in force. Furthermore the area which presents an higher risk is provided with a system of Fire Hydrants and hoses.
The ground permeability has been respected limiting to the essential the presence of waterproof zones which would be dangerous for the hydro geological Ecosystem.
No loud devices are to annoy customers.
